Health Foundation with a $1.9 million grant to bring primary and preventive care services to Northeast Ohio schools.

Five rural school districts will be served through this grant: Brown Local School District, Claymont City School District, Minerva Local School District and Tuscarawas Valley Local School District, as well as Carrollton Exempted Village School District.
Two Primary Objectives:
-Increase Access to Healthcare
-Easy to Use
Online provider visits for sick children & staff members
-Students may remain at school & return to class when appropriate
-Parent consent required; parents welcome to join the online visit
-School Nurse will assist the provider during the visit
