Back to School Forms:
Every student must have forms completed each year before the start of the school year. Some of the form fields must be answered each year and others need to be checked for accuracy. If you completed forms last year, you should login with your email and password. If you do not remember your password, you can select Forgot Password. If forms have not been completed before, select Register (New User).
Preschool Registration:
Parents must apply for Preschool each year. Please use the Preschool Application Form link below to do this. The school will notify you with an acceptance, denial or waiting list status. Once you have been accepted, you complete the registration forms. There is no email login or password required to complete this form. You must complete it online in its entirety before submitting. (APPLICATION FOR PRESCHOOL DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL MARCH 1ST, 2024)
K-12 Registration:
Parents may use the K-12 Registration and Back to School Forms link below to enroll their child in school. The following records are required to complete enrollment:
- Birth certificate
- Proof of residency
- Utility bill, driver's license, etc.
- Custody papers (if applicable)
